The wands really should be switched with 1234 as well, I felt a bit trolled when I found out it was the mouse wheel (yeah, I didn’t stop to read the text). It made it harder for me, as my mouse wheel is very sensitive. In any case I didn’t switch too often, as the ice wand feels like an extra step, only useful for conserving some ammo.

Starting a level is usually dangerous in my experience, because of having no ammo and usually a couple of enemies with an interest in you. I died twice on the first level, managed to beat it (huge level btw, maybe shrink it down a bit) and immediately died in the catacombs to two zombies and two ghosts.

Very good job with the sound effects (love the pick-up one) and the ambient rain was lovely too.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! Good notes- yeah, I definitely should have made the spawn room a safe room somehow. Big oversight. And I agree on the downsizing of each level, too. Thanks again for your feedback!

On the browser version I can still see the mouse on screen. And i'm prevented from turning 360 degrees because of it.

Also nice game, I feel like it would be good if you gave the player more direction as I was a bit lost as to what to do in the beginning. And I feel like having to switch wands to pick up reloads didn't really add anything to the gameplay (I just found myself doing a full rotation of my scrolling wheel just to pick up the reloads)

Okay so the mouse cursor issue has been one of those things that I can’t figure out- as far as I understand it’s this: with the cursor visible when the game is unpaused you need to press ESC once to make it disappear. When it’s not visible then you can 360. I’ll take a quick look and see if I can legit fix that with my time remaining. 

Also, thanks for the note about the wands- the initial idea was making it so players wouldn’t just use one wand. I had an inkling constant switching to pickip ammo would be tedious but wasn’t 100% sure. But i think you’re right- it doesn’t add anything.

Update 1: Fixed UI scaling issues, added wayfinding bonfires and turned mouse sensitivity down by 50%.
